At block #4,736,800 (estimated time: 2023-10-24 01:18 (+UTC) ), initialize DOT->LDOT and DOT->TDOT pool, pause unstake operation for these two pools. And update reward rules for: a. Adjust LCDOT->LDOT(pool#0) pool’s ACA reward rate to base 36,458 ACA per week, and loyalty bonus 15,625 ACA per week. b. Adjust LCDOT->TDOT(pool#1) pool’s ACA reward rate to base 72,916 ACA per week, and loyalty bonus 31,250 ACA per week. c. Adjust LCDOT->TDOT(pool#1) pool’s TAI reward rate to base 14,583 TAI per week, and loyalty bonus 6,250 TAI per week. d. Adjust DOT->LDOT(pool#2) pool’s ACA reward rate to base 58,333 ACA per week, and loyalty bonus 25,000 ACA per week. e. Adjust DOT->TDOT(pool#3) pool’s ACA reward rate to base 87,500 ACA per week, and loyalty bonus 37,500 ACA per week. f. Adjust DOT->TDOT(pool#3) pool’s TAI reward rate to base 17,500 TAI per week, and loyalty bonus 7,500 TAI per week.
Authorise to execute convert DOT->LDOT and DOT->TDOT pool, and unpause unstake operation for these two pools. At block #5,384,800 (estimated time: 2024-01-22 01:18 (+UTC)), stop deduction of loyalty bonus rewards when claiming rewards for LCDOT->LDOT, LCDOT->TDOT, DOT->LDOT, DOT->TDOT pools.

A transfer of 1,458,328 ACA reward tokens will be made from one account to another.
At a certain time in the future, new rules will be put in place for different pools of tokens. There will be changes to the amount of ACA and TAI rewards given, and unstaking will be paused temporarily.
Later on, the conversion of DOT to LDOT and TDOT will be authorized, and unstaking will be allowed again.
At a later time, loyalty bonus rewards will no longer be deducted when claiming rewards for certain pools.
All of these changes will happen at specific block numbers and times in the future.
