a. DOT->LDOT(pool#2) pool,  update ACA reward rate base to 1,166,662 ACA per month,  and update loyalty bonus to 499,998 ACA  per month.
b. DOT->TDOT(pool#3) pool,  update ACA reward rate base to 1,190,000 ACA per month,  and update loyalty bonus to 510,000 ACA  per month.
c. DOT->TDOT(pool#3) pool,  update  TAI reward rate base to 238,000 TAI per month, and update loyalty bonus to 102,000 TAI per month.

3. At block #5,152,700 (Acala), Estimated Time: 2023-12-21 00:11 (+UTC), update reward rate for DOT->LDOT and DOT->TDOT pool:
a. DOT->LDOT(pool#2) pool,  update ACA reward rate base to 816,663.4 ACA per month,  and update loyalty bonus to 349,998.6 ACA  per month.
b. DOT->TDOT(pool#3) pool,  update ACA reward rate base to 833,000 ACA per month,  and update loyalty bonus to 357,000 ACA  per month.
c. DOT->TDOT(pool#3) pool,  update  TAI reward rate base to 166,600 TAI per month, and update loyalty bonus to 71,400 TAI per month.

2. At a certain block number and time, the reward rates for certain pools were updated, including the base and loyalty bonuses for ACA and TAI.
3. At a later block number and time, the reward rates for the same pools were updated again, including the base and loyalty bonuses for ACA and TAI.
