## Background
After aSEED (Acala) conversion(Exodus Stage 2 - aSEED(Acala) conversion 6), the aSEED treasury(23M5ttkmR6KcnvsNJdmYTpLo9xfc54g8uCk55buDfiJPon69) contains the following tokens: 38,132,802.4 ACA, 1,027.8 DOT, 13,799.4 LDOT and 5,470.4 LcDOT.

The goal of the aSEED treasury is to grow its holdings through staking and other mechanisms to meet and better still exceed redemption criteria such as over a certain period aSEED can be over $1which will be outlined and voted in a separate proposal. As an initial aSEED treasury proposal, we recommend staking LcDOT and LDOT via LDOT.
