1. Where is the official website about the event?
We have plans to launch an official website dedicated to tracking all activities related to Acala Connect 2025, activities including its objectives, schedule, venue, and the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) involved.  The website will also serve as a platform to showcase the innovative products of the Acala Network. While awaiting the approval of the proposal, my team and I have been in discussions with developers to create a comprehensive website.

2. Initially, the proposal was conceived in December, with a plan to allocate over two month for publicity and community partnership acquisition. However, since the proposal was only presented for on-chain voting in January, I have been in discussions with my team to review and adjust the event date to March 2025. This revised timeline will provide us with ample time to build momentum, secure sponsorships, and ensure the success of the initiative.

So, going forward we have made progress in the various areas:
Pre-approved partnerships: We’ve already lined up key service providers, including venues, caterers, and marketing agencies, to fast-track logistics.  
- Crowdsourcing and community support: We will be in talks with top Crypto/Blockchain communities being we understand the significance of community in such event.

What proof of fund usage will you provide afterwards?

Transparency is key. Post-event, we will provide a detailed financial report that includes:

please think about to provide both reports to the community, maybe in a shorter form. As the community votes for this and approve your spending this way, we interested in the project should know the costs per attendee and costs per new user and budget vs spending as well.
