Your proposal makes sense to speedup the timeline.
I think you need to resume swap function so those of us who do not have more than 1000 ACA can accumulate more ACA to make the minimum voting threshold. I have my ausd and cannot currently swap for any ACA and it still has not re-pegged. So maybe consider those of us who have stabled out in this bear market when proposing the minimum to filter out spam accounts.
