To enhance the liquidity of assets within the Acala community and address the utilization of aSEED following the cessation of further minting, I propose reopening the collateral redemption function for aSEED.

- 38.13M ACA
- 95.00K USDCet
- 58.32K LDOT
Book Value ≈ US $4,560,079.25 (current); 
1 aSEED(Acala) ≈ US $0.74 (current).

For long-term liquidity considerations, it is reasonable to enable redemption before it approaches $1. Opening the redemption function does not mean enforcing redemption; users can freely decide when to redeem based on their own judgment and circumstances.
