A proposal has been made to make some changes in Acala. Here are the changes:

1. LCDOT/DOT, LCDOT/aUSD, and ACA/aUSD pairs will be enabled via Bootstrap.
2. DOT and LcDOT will be enabled as collaterals to mint aUSD.
3. DOT and LcDOT staking incentives will be provided.
4. ACA Incentive Programs will be enabled.
5. Liquidation Ratio, Min collateral ratio, Liquidation penalty, Stability fee, and Debt ceiling will be set for DOT and LcDOT collaterals.

Please note that users can participate via Earn - LP Staking, and LP tokens can be withdrawn at any time.
