- A proposal has been made to open a staking pool called JitoSOL in Euphrates contract.
- This is being done to test cross-chain experience due to differences in current testnet environments.
- Once testing is complete without issues, incentive campaigns will be proposed.
- Users are being urged not to interact with the JitoSol pool in Euphrates contract directly while testing is ongoing.
- This proposal will not introduce changes to the Euphrates front-end.

Euphrates - JitoSOL Soft Launch Proposal

- A new integration called JitoSOL will be added to enhance liquidity and yield opportunities for users.
- The team will discuss what kind of liquidity these JitoSOL will be converted into after opening the pool.
- Users can stake/unstake without restrictions before the pool opens.
- 500,000 ACA will be transferred as a reward token for the first month from Acala Treasury account to AF Account.
- The JitoSOL pool will open at block #6,518,500 and the ACA reward rate will be updated to 500,000 ACA per month for the last month at block #6,520,000.

REJECT - Euphrates - open JitoSOL pool

- Hydration tried to transfer some assets but couldn't because they didn't have enough money to pay a fee.
- The money got stuck in a special account called the Treasury Account.
- Hydration wants to give the money back to the people they were trying to send it to.
- They want to give back 0.081079 WETH for the first transfer that failed and 0.091099 WETH for the second transfer that failed.
- This will help make things right and give the money back to the right people.

1. A proposal was made to transfer 3,517,488 ACA reward tokens from one account to another.
2. There will be an update to the reward rates for two different pools involving DOT, LDOT, and TDOT tokens.
3. The update will happen at a specific block number and estimated time.
4. The ACA reward rate for DOT->LDOT pool will be 874,996 per month for the last 3 months.
5. The ACA and TAI reward rates for DOT->TDOT pool will also be updated for the last 3 months.

- A proposal has been made to refund users who lost assets due to a bug.
- The assets failed to transfer to the destination on AssetHub, so they will be minted on the Treasury Account (Acala) and transferred to the destination on AssetHub.
- One exception is a destination that is not alive on AssetHub, so it will be refunded to the sender account on Acala.
- The proposal includes a table with XCM hash, destination, token, and amount for each refund.
- The tokens include USDC and PINK, and the amounts range from 0.4 to 197797.3195.
