PolkaWorld's Proposal to Enhance Acala Awareness Through Content and Events

DeQ team won the Acala Bounty Award 1st Prize, including $2.5k worth of ACA Token at the #2023WinterPolkadotHackathon DemoDay. 

DeQ aims to address the issues of paid consulting advisor and Q&A platform model by combining a tokenomics model and De-Fi.

During the hackathon, DeQ created smart contracts that can convert questions and answers into on-chain assets through contracts and provide continuous income to answerers through shares trading.

DeQ plans to expand to several areas, including upgradable contracts, reviewing the entire tokenomics model, reducing barriers through Account Abstraction, and migrating data storage to a more decentralized solution.

The DeQ team consists of Ruby, Charle, Parker, and Carson.

1. A proposal was made to transfer 12,849,996 ACA to a rewards account for staking and trading.
2. The transfer includes 12,499,998 ACA for staking and 349,998 ACA for trading.
3. This transfer will cover the incentives for the next 3 months.
4. The transfer will happen at a specific block number in 2024.
5. The reward rates for staking and trading will be adjusted at this block number.

Update incentives for ACA Staking and ACA-USDCet pair

1. A proposal was made to transfer 4,409,988 ACA reward tokens from Acala Treasury account to AF Account.
2. There will be an update to the reward rate for DOT->LDOT and DOT->TDOT pool at block #5,364,200 (Acala) on January 20, 2024.
3. For DOT->LDOT(pool#2) pool, the ACA reward rate will be updated to 874,996 ACA per month for the last 3 months.
4. For DOT->TDOT(pool#3) pool, the ACA reward rate base will be updated to 595,000 ACA per month for the last 3 months.
5. For DOT->TDOT(pool#3) pool, the TAI reward rate base will be updated to 238,000 TAI per month for the last 3 months.

Euphrates - Adjust Reward Rate for DOT LST & lcDOT pool

1. Transfer 100 ACA from Acala Treasury to Network Contract Source account for reset and deploy fee.
2. Replace predeployed token contracts for ACA, ASEED, DOT, LDOT, SA_DOT, SA_TUSD, LCDOT_13, FA_GLMR, FA_PARA, FA_ASTR, FA_IBTC, FA_INTR, FA_WBTC, FA_WETH, FA_EQ, and FA_EQD.
3. Deploy new predeployed token contracts for FA_PHA, FA_UNQ, FA_CRU, FA_USDT, and FA_PINK.
4. The changes will allow for the use of `transferToAccountId32`.
5. The purpose of this proposal is to update and improve the token contracts used in the Acala network.

Update Predeployed Token Contracts

Untitled - motion #263

1. Acala Treasury will give 250,000 ACA reward tokens to AF for 1 month.
2. DOT and LDOT pools will be created for Starlay deposit.
3. The reward rates for DOT and LDOT pools will be updated with ACA reward rates and loyalty bonuses.
4. At block #5,978,800, loyalty bonus rewards will stop being deducted when claiming rewards for DOT and LDOT pools.
5. These changes will happen in the future, around April 14, 2024.

Voting - Start Euphrates DOT & LDOT pool for Starlay deposit

- StellaSwap is a decentralized exchange for the Moonbeam parachain network.
- It uses a native token called STELLA for governance and other purposes.
- They want to encourage more users to provide liquidity to their LDOT/DOT pool.
- They are proposing to offer $25k worth of ACA tokens as incentives for adding liquidity.
- The campaign will start on January 16th at 14:00 UTC.
