2. At a certain block number and time, the reward rates for certain pools were updated, including the base and loyalty bonuses for ACA and TAI.
3. At a later block number and time, the reward rates for the same pools were updated again, including the base and loyalty bonuses for ACA and TAI.
4. The pools being updated are DOT->LDOT and DOT->TDOT.
5. These updates will affect the amount of ACA and TAI rewards that users can earn from these pools.

1. A group called Acala wants to give people some digital money called ACA as a reward for doing things that help their project. They want to move some of this money from one account to another.
2. They want to change how much ACA people get as a reward for "staking" (which means holding onto the ACA) starting on October 30, 2023.
3. They also want to change how much ACA people get as a reward for "staking" a pair of digital money called ACA-USDC starting on the same day.
4. They want to give more ACA as a reward for staking in both cases.
5. This is all part of a plan to encourage people to help Acala and use their digital money.

Adjust the reward rate for ACA staking and ACA/USDC LP staking

SubSquare has proposed some changes to the Acala network. Here's what they want to do:

- Transfer some ACA reward tokens from one account to another.
- Increase the reward rate for two pools on the Acala network.
- The changes will happen at a specific block number in the future.
- The changes will increase the amount of ACA tokens people can earn for participating in these pools.
- The changes will also increase the loyalty bonus for people who stay in the pools for a long time.

Increase Reward Rate for DOT LST pool

1. A transfer of 1,458,328 ACA reward tokens will be made from one account to another.
2. At a certain time in the future, new rules will be put in place for different pools of tokens. There will be changes to the amount of ACA and TAI rewards given, and unstaking will be paused temporarily. 
3. Later on, the conversion of DOT to LDOT and TDOT will be authorized, and unstaking will be allowed again. 
4. At a later time, loyalty bonus rewards will no longer be deducted when claiming rewards for certain pools. 
5. All of these changes will happen at specific block numbers and times in the future.

Launch DOT LST pool and Adjust Reward Rate

LCDOT is a type of token that lets people use their DOT contribution to Acala crowdloan to access liquidity. Acala has leased a parachain slot and will get another one for two years. When the lease ends, the crowdloaned DOT will be claimed and available on Acala. This proposal is to set up a procedure for LCDOT holders to claim their DOT back. There are two calls involved, and the first one is to claim back a small amount of DOTs as a test call. The second call will transfer the remaining amount back to the crowdloan pallet. Once the funds are deposited successfully, users will be able to redeem their LCDOT to DOT 1:1.
